  1. Who is this service best for?

    • Anyone and everyone! People who benefit most are busy professionals, parents, college students and those who have a lot on their plate.

  2. Are you available Sundays?

    • ​My business hours are Monday - Friday, but if necessary I can be available Sundays for an extra fee.

  3. What makes you different from TaskRabbit, Fiverr or other freelancing services?

    • It’s not a transactional relationship. I take your personal life seriously and manage it with care and attention to detail. In a world that is rapidly growing towards AI, It’s Personal (Assistance) takes pride in maintaining that human touch.

How?

  1. How is my personal information being kept confidential?

    • Your privacy is important to me; personal information is kept confidential. You will have the opportunity to read and review a liability waiver that states the policies as well as privacy notes signed for by all parties. Trust is essential in this type of work, and I treat every person and every task with professionalism, discretion, and respect.

  2. How does communication work?

    • I understand that every person's communication style is different. For efficiency purposes, there will be a Google form for submitting tasks along with all pertinent details. You will then be notified as soon as it is completed via email or text.

  3. How involved do I need to be?

    • As much or as little as you'd like! Some people prefer to stay involved every step of the way, while others simply want to hand off a task and know it's taken care of. I'll keep you updated as needed and make sure we're always on the same page.

What If?

  1. What if I don’t know what service and/or plan to choose?

    • Consider your stress points and what would bring you relief. If you're unsure, you can start with the lowest tier and level up the next month or select a package plan that includes both virtual assistance and lifestyle support.   2. What if I refer a friend?

    • You both get $25 off your next month.

  3. What if there are follow-up appointments        or a change in schedule that needs to be addressed outside of one’s current plan?

    • I know life doesn't always go according to plan. If something comes up unexpectedly or your priorities shift, I'll always do my best to accommodate changes based on availability and work with you to find a solution.​

Payment & Plans

  1. Are payments recurring?

    • While this is a monthly subscription service, it does not automatically renew. This makes sure you're maximizing your membership and reevaluating whether to continue or not. All payments are charged and processed via Stripe.

  2. Is there anything you don't do?

    • I don't provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health services. If a request falls outside my expertise, I'm happy to help you find the right resource.

  3. Do I need to commit to a long-term plan?
